FARC in Columbia suffered another blow. The founder and leader of FARC has died and supposedly the FARC has confirmed it. Will the long war in Columbia finally end? Will there be at least an attempt to move Columbia on? Will there be more resources routed to fight the hapless War on Drugs? We'll see.
