Notations On Our World: An Outsider Newsflash On the @SCOTUS (Supreme Court) Nomination by @POTUS

President Obama has nominated Judge Garland of the DC Courts of Appeal to fill the vacancy on the US Supreme Court.     As we went to press with this newsflash, The US Senate Majority Leader is speaking that reiterates his opposition to the President having the right to nominate anyone based on what he views as the "Biden Rule".    In his speech at the floor of the US Senate, Senator McConnel says that the President is politicizing the nomination process even though he underscored the right by the President to nominate a replacement.
