Mohammad Javad Zarif is the Foreign Minister of Iran and the driving force behind Iran's rapprochement with the World. As Iraq and Yemen burn, Iran seems to be ever more in the midst of it all. We noted here in #Outsiders on the regional rivalry between the regional giants.

Negotiations have begun to reach a final status agreement. What was quite startling was a report in +Haaretz הארץ on how the United States conducted its' negotiations--by building a replica of Iran's Nuclear Facilities in Tennessee:
