Rand Paul has just responded:
As one "clicks on it", it goes directly to Senator Paul's Website to raise money--and supposedly he has raised around 1.7 Million Dollars when we here @Outsiders received this. He seems to forget that he still has a primary he has to go through.
It will be continuing developing story--and fun to be witness
