When will the Republicans Stop blaming Bill Clinton?

I had the misfortune of turning on ABC's this week program Sunday Morning. Tom Delay was talking about how if drilling in ANWAR (The Alaska National Wildlife Refuge) had passed, we'd have an extra one million barrels of oil per day. I heard the same thing from the speaker, Dennis Hastert, earlier in the week. When will these guys take responsiblity for anything? Maybe the people will finally wake up and throw them out. I am not so sure, though......
