They swamped his car with chants of "Great Job Dr. Zarif...Long Live Rouhani".  It was quite a joyful scene as earlier scenes out of Tehran showed people stopping in the middle of street dancing.   It was a joyful day to be witness to and comment on as the World will come to understand the Joint Plan announced and is now available here to be reviewed.
