As I approach another milestone in my personal blog/portal, I can't help but identify with what Avi Lewis reported here. I discussed the Cleveland Model of Worker Empowerment in a recent write-up I did in "Outsiders". This fascination with the private sector as the end-all seems to defy logic. I have struggled to understand whether there is a true and honest understanding of what is going on in Main Street, USA. As Avi Lewis' report indicates, the answer is a clear and resounding NO:
