Notations On Our World (Special Edition) : An #Outsider Newsflash On The US Political Scene

The United States Senate has just passed a budget deal to fund the United States Government through 2017.  Although the appropriations process will follow, it at least provides some level of direction and stability for the country as underscored by Congressman Harold Rogers, the Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee.

The aftermath of the GOP Debate is still the talk of the town as Jeb Bush is being written off, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are seeing spikes in Fundraising as the Polls continue to see Carson and Trump top the GOP Polls as the latest Real Clear Politics average reflects below--It is less than 100 Days until the Iowa Caucus.
