There is a deal!!!
The World Powers have closed a deal on the Iran Nuclear Negotiations based on this noted by President Rouhani on Twitter earlier:
Solutions on key parameters of Iran #nuclear case reached. Drafting to start immediately, to finish by June 30th. #IranTalks

The headline on the Islamic Republic News Agency Website affirmed this further--and it is clear that it has the approval of Iran's Supreme Guide, Ayatollah Khameini. The EU High Representative and the Iranian Foreign Minister just got done with their joint statement--which includes a lifting of sanctions subject to International Atomic Energy Agency verification.
