The sequester in Washington has taken hold.  I have been assessing reports of Navy Ships delayed, furloughs and other steps that has been taken.  It is a shame to run a Government.      I thought about this admonition by Abraham Lincoln:

“I am not bound to win but I am bound to be true.

I am not bound to succeed,
but I am bound to live by the light that I have.
I must stand with anybody that stands right,
and stand with him while he is right,
and part with him when he goes wrong.

Where is Lincoln now?   When can the leadings lights of our Country remember to Govern?
