The Rainbow Warriors

As the new month begins, I reflected upon the month that was and the continued challenges.    I was pleased to see the agreement in Egypt, but was disheartened by what I saw in Washington about the continued partisan divide.   I was disheartened by the continued lipservice given to climate change and how Mother Earth is slowing withering away.    Yet, I somehow remain hopeful.  This underscores the simple yet powerful message that one must be ever more hopeful.   I appreciate the team at Occupy Canada who shared this on their Facebook Page.

The question continues to remain:  Will we muster the courage to overcome?
