It has been a very interesting week.
I begin the new week by noting this very perceptive article I just finished in Al Jazeera on the State of Islam and how it is at such a historic juncture...just like all of Professor Dabashi's retrospectives, I have to at least read it three times to recognize how perceptive & important it is:
