The Private Equity Binge.....

There was an annoucement today that KKR and Texas Pacific are to partner in a $ 40 Billion Buyout of a major texas utility. This is out of control!!! I realize the world is flooded with cheap money. But, when will it stop? I wonder if we're headed for a train wreck? What I do know is that it is a dangerous path....
