When Is The Right Time?

I just saw this posting on CNN.Com:

I'd like to humbly ask when is the right time? When Lebanon is destroyed? How can we in the United States claim to be a honest broker when Lebanon is systematically being dismantled? When will this stop? When will reason prevail? Why is the United States Government so silent and plays the blame game in the name of this War on Terror that seems to be never ending?
