The Heatwave around the world

The BBC is right now reporting on the heatwave in France. In California, the heatwave has apparently contributed to a number of deaths. Power outages have occurred. The world weather is changing, and yet folks like the Senior Senator from Oklahoma seems to deny the reality before us. I was just shocked when I was in Malibu over the week-end and saw how the water was right at the shore of Pacific Coast Highway. There is also a story in this week's Business Week. When will our esteemed leaders wake up? When the whole planet burns down? I guess so......
