The Special Election for the CA 48th District

I had the pleasure of helping out in the California 48th Congressional District. I was very distressed when I realized that out of 3200 registered voters, only 160 voters had cast their votes. That's less than 1% for one precint. I don't know how to overcome this apathy. But we have to figure out a way to go beyond it. We have to do it for the sake of our democracy.
