The Off-Year Election

It was a good night for Democrats in the Country. The GOP must rethink its' strategy. This is in addition to the continued challenges in Iraq, Afghanistan and other parts of the world. I am just troubled by the fact that we seem to be lsoing our sense of fairness, fair play and our ideals in the name of National Security. I am thankful for forums such as Democracy Now, the Center for Constitutional Rights and others who provide a different view. My only hope is that Americans make their informed judgement. It seems to be happening by in large--based on the results of the election so far.
