John Bolton's Recess Appointment

The President decided to bypass the Congress and appointed John Bolton as a recess appointment. The Constitution mandates three co-equal branches of government. To this ordinary face in the crowd, it is clear that The President and His Team believe that the Constitution mandates a strong executive at the expense of the other branches of government. I don't know Mr. Bolton. I am certain that he is an honorable man. I am also of the view that The UN needs to be reformed. But, to appoint someone that has shown an obvious disdain for the institution is something I don't understand. Hopefully, Mr. Bolton will listen to voices of reason, be a consesus builder and act like a true diplomat.
